FileCheetah™ Stamps allow non-registered FileCheetah™ users to send and receive files with FileCheetah™. One FileCheetah™ Stamp is required for each transmission. This system is structured to prevent unauthorized use by third parties, and offers a safe and hassle-free form of data distribution that is easy to use for both registered and non-registered users.

Non-registered users are issued one FileCheetah™ Stamp each time they receive files from a registered user. Each FileCheetah™ Stamp permits the non-registered user to send files one time. Non-registered users may have up to five FileCheetah™ Stamps at a time. (Registered users can opt to issue FileCheetah™ Stamps when they send files.)


Case1: between registered users:The necessary FileCheetah™ Stamps are issued automatically when files are sent. Non-registered users cannot grant FileCheetah™ Stamps.

Case 2: From registered user to non-registered users:The necessary FileCheetah™ Stamps are issued automatically when files are sent. Registered users may issue FileCheetah™ Stamp/s when sending files.*Registered users may also issue FileCheetah™ Stamps without sending files.

Case 3: From non-registered user to registered/non-registered users:Send Files using FileCheetah™ Stamps.*Non-registered users cannot issue FileCheetah™ Stamps to recipients.


To check how many FileCheetah™ Stamps you have

Non-registered users can check how many FileCheetah™ Stamps they have on the Receive Files page or in Your FileCheetah™ Stamps on the Send Files page. Non-registered users cannot send files if they have no FileCheetah™ Stamps.
